Which simulator does SimPassengers support?

SimPassengers is built for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. It runs alongside the simulator on Windows 10 or 11 and connects through SimConnect.

Is the licence lifetime or recurring?

Both Basic and Advanced plans are one-time purchases that grant a lifetime licence tied to your SimPassengers account. There is no subscription.

Does SimPassengers work with PMDG, Fenix, and other study-level aircraft?

Yes. SimPassengers integrates with PMDG, Fenix, iniBuilds, and the default MSFS aircraft. The bridge reads aircraft state through SimConnect and the relevant addon's data broadcast where required.

Do I need GSX for boarding to work?

No. If you have GSX installed SimPassengers will sync with its boarding state. Without GSX a built-in 10-minute native boarding flow runs and you can finish boarding manually from the in-sim panel.

How are payments and invoices handled?

Payments are processed by Fungies, who acts as the merchant of record. Fungies issues a tax invoice for every purchase, collects and remits VAT or sales tax for your country automatically, and supports refunds within the 14-day discretionary window described in our Refund Policy.

Can I move SimPassengers to a different computer?

Yes. Each licence binds to a hardware fingerprint, and you can release that binding up to three times in any rolling 365-day period from the launcher. Beyond that, contact support with the reason and we'll consider an additional release.

LET'S VISIT GREECE A Greece-themed community event running through the first week of v1.1.3. Fly five qualifying legs between Monday 1 June and Sunday 7 June and unlock the "Let's Visit Greece" achievement on your SimPassengers profile. HOW TO QUALIFY Any flight that departs from OR arrives at a Greek airport counts toward the event. You need five qualifying legs in total. Each leg must be a unique route. If you fly LTFJ to LGAV, that counts once. A second LTFJ to LGAV does not count again. Flying the reverse direction (LGAV to LTFJ) is treated as a separate route and does count. Any aircraft is welcome. Short hops between the islands, an A320 into Thessaloniki, a widebody into Athens, all valid. Flights submitted through SimPassengers track progress automatically. There is nothing to enter manually. WHEN Starts: Monday 1 June 2026, 00:00 UTC Ends: Sunday 7 June 2026, 23:59 UTC REWARD The "Let's Visit Greece" achievement is awarded to your profile the moment your fifth qualifying leg is logged. SimPassengers is a suite of tools designed to enhance your virtual flights. This suite includes a sophisticated telemetry app to read data from your simulator and create a detailed report. Also, our website includes a public profile, which you can set to private at any time, where you can showcase your flights and achievements.

The Launcher is the application where you manage SimPassengers settings, such as Pilot and Cabin Crew voices, HUD display position, SimPassengers difficulty, and which PAs to hear or ignore.

ANSWER 3

No, they are not static recordings. They are dynamically generated using our custom-trained AI designed specifically for aviation. We use a very lightweight TTS engine with zero impact on your FPS and performance. All PAs are generated based on your route. For example, if you fly to the Maldives, after landing, the cabin crew will provide relevant information about the region you just arrived in.

No. SimPassengers is not a career or company management add-on. It is entirely focused on passenger immersion and gives you the ability to track your flight performance. You can track your fuel usage, flight efficiency, and how you react to random events that occur during your flights.

Events are entirely based on passengers. They may experience minor or major health issues while airborne, the cabin crew might ask for a doctor in the cabin, you may need to contact MedLink for advice, or you might even have to divert to the nearest airport. We have created well-designed achievements for successfully handling these types of events.

We offer a wide variety of achievements. Some are progress-based, while others are unlocked only by successfully managing specific events. As a pilot, you should always make the best decisions for both yourself and your virtual souls on board.

First, create a flight plan on SimBrief. Then, simply click the SimPassengers icon on the top bar in MSFS2024. Press "Start Flight" and enjoy the ride.

ANSWER 8

Yes. If you have GSX installed, boarding and deboarding are fully synced with GSX. But do not worry, GSX is not mandatory to use SimPassengers.

ANSWER 9

We support nearly all airliners created for MSFS2024 through custom adapters. However, if you are flying a very rare airliner, please let us know in the forums and we will be happy to add support for it.

Unfortunately, not at the moment. As you know, there is a massive variety of general aviation aircraft available for MSFS2024, and our team is currently working on creating adapters for them. It is in our pipeline, and we plan to release a new version supporting them in the upcoming months.

Not right now, but the codebase is constantly being updated to accommodate this, and we expect to be ready in the near future. If you really want PAs featuring your specific virtual airline name, please get in touch with us. We might have some surprises.

Currently, no. However, MSFS2020 support is in our pipeline. Please keep an eye on our forums for future updates regarding the MSFS2020 build. X-Plane support may come later, but we prefer not to make any false promises at this stage.
